We have a vision; to create a unique, safe, fun and quality environment within which we can improve human life by providing the best care available.

Our purpose built, state-of-the-art facility allows us to provide all of our children with a secure educational learning environment within which we provide the foundation for life skills while the essential formative stages of the child's heart and mind are soaking everything in.

At Dinky Di Children's Learning Centre we believe that children must have a happy, healthy, clean and peaceful environment in which to learn and grow in order to reach their full potential and express their unique personalities,

Our 'Dreamtime' philosophy is:

To ensure that all of our children feel safe, comfortable and secure in their surroundings.
We will work everyday to provide an amazing and vibrant environment that fosters the development of encouraging relationships, allowing them to form naturally between our staff, the children, our parents and families and the community as a whole.
To provide awareness, acceptance and an 'awe' for the richness of different cultures, expressed through various learning experiences implemented from our modern, ever-changing and constantly updated programs, in order that all children in the Centre (and indeed in the world) are respected regardless of gender, cultural background or beliefs.
To allow the children in our care to play and explore their interests and needs in order to learn and grow in the the full range of their development. At Dinky Di Children's Learning Centre we also encourage skills in the areas of physical movement, stretching and exercise, meal times within a group situation and eating, musical expression and appreciation, arts and crafts, resting, 'winding-down' and relaxing, toilet practices and personal relationships.
We will strive to provide a flexible educational (emergent) curriculum in each of our rooms which is specifically designed to cater to the personal development of each child. The emergent curriculum ensures that children grow, learn from one another, and share this growth seemlessly and simultaneously. Our curriculums are specially designed to focus on equipping children in the following areas of early learning :

Group 1 - This includes learning essential early age skills such as speaking, listening, looking and watching, recalling, reading and writing.
Group 2 - Children are taught basic working skills with problem solving (including investigative skills), and early level math and fun pre-schooling science.
Group 3 - We encourage children to explore the domains of music and sound, visual and textile art, movement and dance, a range of physical activity, and other modes of self-expression, and
Group 4 - We impress on all of our children the highest standards of morals and basic values, appropriate and safe forms of play and guided interaction with others.

To utilise watchful eyes, technology and careful recording procedures in our rooms to provide our parents and families with ongoing information regarding individual child development, and to make available ongoing parenting programs that allow parents to feel more educated and confident in their parenting abilities.
To ensure that policies and procedures are implemented, and that they are constantly appraised and reviewed in order to enhance the wellbeing of our children and their families and provide the safest environment for them that we can (while keeping a relaxed and fun vibe throughout the centre!)
